Product Supply - Order Management Analyst (OMA)

The role focuses on customer service and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless order management and delivery processes. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers regarding service interruptions and resolutions.
• Manage order sizing and truck building in line with policies.
• Resolve logistics issues with third-party partners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and distribution teams to prevent shortages.
• Monitor electronic transmissions and resolve issues.
• Adhere to internal control procedures for order processing.
• Engage with the Sales Team on customer projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• ERP experience

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in supply chain or order management
• SAP experience
• Bilingual in French and English
