The role focuses on customer service and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless order management and delivery processes. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding service interruptions and resolutions.
- Manage order sizing and truck building in line with policies.
- Resolve logistics issues with third-party partners.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and distribution teams to prevent shortages.
- Monitor electronic transmissions and resolve issues.
- Adhere to internal control procedures for order processing.
- Engage with the Sales Team on customer projects.
This role requires you to have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- ERP experience
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in supply chain or order management
- SAP experience
- Bilingual in French and English
