In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in statistical methodology and research for mental health service projects.
- Develop and guide database creation and manage statistical analyses and modeling.
- Facilitate statistical learning, offering mentorship and training to lab members and stakeholders.
- Oversee data access, management, and maintain data integrity and security.
- Plan research analyses, compose reports, manuscripts, and grant applications.
- Conduct quality control for data sets and ensure accurate representation in research outputs.
- Supervise technical tasks performed by research assistants and other team members.

This role requires you to have:
- Post-graduate degree in Statistics with a minimum of three years research analysis experience.
- Proficiency in quantitative research, study design, and statistical programming packages such as R, SAS.
- Excellent English communication skills for report writing and presentation.
You would benefit from having:
- Graduate degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field.
- Experience with administrative, clinical, and survey data.
- Proficiency in AI methods and knowledge in mental health and addictions research.
