This role is essential for identifying high-priority customer segments and optimizing CRM approaches.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytics initiatives related to customer segmentation and campaign performance.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Maintain reports on customer health metrics and acquisition trends.
• Perform segmentation analyses for targeted customer engagement.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality for all insights.
• Comply with data privacy regulations impacting customer data practices.
• Manage and guide a team through daily operations and performance appraisals.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with data visualization and cloud-based data warehouses
• Strong communication skills
