The Data Analyst will collaborate within the Product Analytics team to innovate and enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior analysts to set measurement plans and deploy product analytics solutions.
- Partner with product teams to define and uphold support processes.
- Analyze product data to understand user behavior and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Work with BI teams to create dashboards and reports to track performance and usage.
- Exhibit thought leadership through data insights and experiments to direct business outcomes.

This role requires you to have:
- 1-2 years of product analytics experience with agile/scrum exposure
- Hands-on experience with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Adobe Analytics
- Ability to perform analyses such as customer journey mapping and audience profiling
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Hive/Hue, Python, or SAS
