In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to create innovative solutions using advanced techniques.
• Experiment and develop generative AI products for tasks like data extraction and document summarization.
• Enhance generative AI model performance with fine-tuning and advanced knowledge retrieval.
• Evaluate and improve model performance.
• Work alongside scientists, data engineers, and product owners to develop AI products.
• Engineer features by synthesizing internal and external data using business acumen.
• Promote data science understanding within the enterprise and develop long-term frameworks and standards.
• Guide and collaborate with a team of experienced data scientists.
• Engage with external ideas through conferences and community events.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience in GenAI data science
• Functional Python programming including dependency management and version control
• Experience with sequential algorithms like LSTM, RNN, transformer
• Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning
• Experience with generative algorithms and using pre-trained models
