Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc is a progressive organization committed to the growth of its Band Members and Community. They seek a Data Analyst to join their Le Estcwicwéy Department, working under the direction of the Le Estcwicwéy Manager(s) and Research Analyst. The role involves supporting projects related to systems and processes within a team of epidemiologists.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Execute statistical analysis on complex data sets.
- Develop and implement data-management systems.
- Collaborate to define data strategy and governance.
- Resolve data quality issues and apply testing strategies.
- Maintain repository of system configurations and procedures.
- Coordinate program updates and organize staff training.
- Prepare draft statistical reports and summaries.
- Engage stakeholders and handle confidential information.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in related tasks.
- Proficiency in quantitative research methods.

- Experience maintaining stakeholder relationships.
