The role seeks an experienced Data Analyst to support the organization's mission of providing efficient, reliable transit services in Toronto. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support report development and trend identification by analyzing statistical data related to TTC vehicle operations.
• Coordinate data collection, entry, and audits; produce periodic reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with automation, process improvement, and data analytics projects under the guidance of the Senior Data Analyst.
• Ensure data accuracy by auditing and liaising with various departments.
• Promote a respectful workplace and participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

This role requires you to have:

• University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Excel VBA, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Accounting designation such as CPA.
• Experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, and SQL.
• Knowledge of public sector or transit agency environments.
