In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop reporting metrics and dashboards with Agent Review and Compliance teams.
• Utilize MSBI, Excel, SQL, SSIS, and Power BI for data development and reporting.
• Track client and agent file reviews.
• Create automations using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Develop reports identifying statistics, trends, and sales field training opportunities.
• Document processes related to data warehousing and reporting.
• ETL data using data management tools and T-SQL.
• Administer and maintain BI Portal and data warehouse.
• Facilitate internal and user acceptance testing.

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary education in finance, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in the insurance or securities industry.
• Proficiency in MSBI, Excel, SQL, SSI, Power BI, and MS Office.
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication and relationship building skills.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
