In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop reporting metrics and dashboards with Agent Review and Compliance teams.
- Utilize MSBI, Excel, SQL, SSIS, and Power BI for data development and reporting.
- Track client and agent file reviews.
- Create automations using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Develop reports identifying statistics, trends, and sales field training opportunities.
- Document processes related to data warehousing and reporting.
- ETL data using data management tools and T-SQL.
- Administer and maintain BI Portal and data warehouse.
- Facilitate internal and user acceptance testing.

This role requires you to have:
- Post-secondary education in finance, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience in the insurance or securities industry.
- Proficiency in MSBI, Excel, SQL, SSI, Power BI, and MS Office.
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication and relationship building skills.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
