Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. offers an exciting opportunity for a Data Analytics Specialist to join their Service Delivery team. This remote role, operating within Canada, focuses on developing robust ETL pipelines and incorporating CI/CD best practices for various data product builds, while ensuring data security and compliance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in extracting knowledge from data using machine learning, programming, statistics, and more.
• Design and develop high-performance ETL pipelines using cloud-native tools.
• Integrate DevOps and CI/CD best practices into the development workflow.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Enhance data flow and query performance through data modeling in support of Data Product Delivery.
• Handle data products from concept to deployment while aligning with business objectives.
• Understand and apply Data Governance, including data quality and standardization.
• Maintain strong data security and compliance across enterprise platforms.
• Work with technology stacks like Azure, Cloudera, Snowflake, and PowerBI.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Work with Big Data technologies and perform data analytics.
• Create dashboards and custom reporting tools from various data sources.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist executives in understanding operations and identifying new opportunities through analytics.
• Ensure robust and high-quality delivery processes.
• Interpret large data sets to create strategic insights for executives.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative data for business insights.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
• Gather and document client requirements.
• Design and build information products.
• Capture business and technical metadata for information products.
• Manage control processes, including schedule management and risk management.
• Escalate issues and risks as needed.
• Work in a multi-vendor/staff environment.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in CS, IT, ENG, MIS, or related field with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building scalable and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters (3+ years).
• Creating Microsoft-SQL database solutions (3+ years).
• Experience with data science, data engineering, and/or AI projects (5+ years).
• Integrating DevOps practices and CI/CD (3+ years).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills (5+ years).
• Dimensional modeling techniques experience (4+ years).
• Experience with Python development (3+ years).
• Relational database modeling techniques (4+ years).
• Experience in data warehouse/business intelligence environments (4+ years).

Work must be conducted from within Canada due to network and data security policies. The contractor must be available for onsite meetings if required.
