In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage GTM Finance reporting and dashboarding for performance metrics visibility.
- Analyze sales productivity and financial tracking to support forecasting and sales targeting.
- Enhance operational efficiency by automating and optimizing reporting processes.
- Collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities and improve data accuracy.
- Develop metrics on Deal Desk activities to boost efficiency.
- Present strategic insights to senior leaders, transforming complex data into recommendations.
- Ensure reliable data quality and promote AI usage across GTM Strategy and Operations.
- Adapt to evolving environments and take part in wider GTM Finance initiatives.

This role requires you to have:
- 6+ years of data analytics experience, with 2 years in GTM functions.
- Ability to derive insights from large datasets.
- Comfort in dynamic work settings.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, particularly with leadership.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and GTM metrics.
- Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
You would benefit from having:
- Degree in Data Science, Finance, Business, or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools like Anaplan.
- Python proficiency.
- Understanding of KPIs for usage-based models.
