This role exists to support strategic and operational initiatives by providing critical data insights, allowing the institution to fulfill its mission of promoting student well-being both academically and personally.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Update and maintain database records and execute data queries.
- Produce complex statistical information and graphics from existing data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators.
- Gather requirements for ad hoc data requests.
- Generate reports on data quality.
- Analyze detailed statistical reports and financial data for decision-making.
- Format collected data for presentations and reports.
- Analyze metrics to identify trends.
This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in data management and analysis.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and reporting trends.
- Strong skills in relational databases and data query tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or SPSS.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
