The Office of Assessment and Evaluation contributes to advancing innovative medical education through expert data management and evaluation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to inform decision-making and develop dashboards using Power BI.
• Produce statistical reports and summaries using R, Python, or SAS.
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research methods for program evaluation.
• Design and deliver presentations, and maintain quality control standards in project implementations.
• Support Information Systems for the MD program and train end-users.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree focused on quantitative research methodologies or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in higher education.
• Proficiency in data management and statistical software such as R, Python, and SAS.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and reporting.
