In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Performing detailed analysis of complex data for precision and reporting purposes.
• Drafting statistical reports and preparing data summaries.
• Designing research tools such as surveys and interviews for program evaluation.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance program outcomes.
• Evaluating student learning outcomes to aid program development.
• Implementing evaluation frameworks for projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in program assessment within higher education.
• Proficiency in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.
• Strong understanding of psychometrics and measurement.
• Proven data analysis skills, using software like PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, and SPSS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
