In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Performing detailed analysis of complex data for precision and reporting purposes.
- Drafting statistical reports and preparing data summaries.
- Designing research tools such as surveys and interviews for program evaluation.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance program outcomes.
- Evaluating student learning outcomes to aid program development.
- Implementing evaluation frameworks for projects.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years in program assessment within higher education.
- Proficiency in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.
- Strong understanding of psychometrics and measurement.
- Proven data analysis skills, using software like PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, and SPSS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
