In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and support the use of learning technologies such as Brightspace, Zoom, and TEAMS.
• Provide data insights to assist the Manager of Learning Technology Ecosystems.
• Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders on technology projects.
• Perform system monitoring and ensure data accuracy and security.
