The University of Windsor, located on the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy, seeks a Data & Reporting Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of its academic units and administrative departments. This role is essential for providing support through database maintenance and diverse data management activities. The team aims to improve data processes and harness insights to support university operations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer common databases.
- Support data analysis and interface for assigned systems.
- Create reports using business intelligence tools.
- Develop and manage data integrations between applications and databases.
- Monitor database performance using analytical tools.
This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with data models, analytics, and query design.
- Strong skills in data analysis and report writing using tools like Power BI.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and scripting for data integration.
- Knowledge of application development, client-server technologies, and security.
