In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct data collection and analysis, manage exception cases across systems.
- Monitor and verify Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meter issues.
- Manage and issue service orders.
- Troubleshoot AMI business processes and propose solutions.
- Analyze data to identify cases with potential business benefits.
- Prepare daily summaries for customers including SLAs and KPIs.
- Enhance business processes with innovative solutions.
- Update business process documents using MS Word or Blueworks Live.
- Lead customer update meetings.
- Act as an intermediary between customers and vendors.
- Assist in ad hoc testing initiatives.
- Provide cross-departmental support.
