The role involves leading the Next Gen PIM implementation, providing user training, and ensuring the system meets business needs. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the PIM system.
• Conduct training for internal associates.
• Provide Level 1 support for PIM application issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Guide user acceptance testing to align with business requirements.
