In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct research in AI/ML to support Vanguard's strategic goals in domains like LLM, Autonomous Agents, and Generative AI.
• Serve as an expert on cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives and educate stakeholders on AI innovations.
• Lead AI research strategies for long-term business benefits and publish findings in renowned AI/ML conferences.
• Execute diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Research and develop algorithms for applications in financial domains to improve client experiences.
• Mentor research scientists and engineers on technical roadmaps.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical approaches.
• Collaborate to design innovative solutions for business opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of AI research experience.
• Expertise in AI/ML concepts, including Natural Language Processing and Knowledge Graphs.
