- Utilize storage systems and query engines like HDFS and Dremio for data ingestion.
- Optimize pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Ensure data quality and availability in collaboration with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Address issues related to data ingestion and storage.
- Document architecture and workflows for maintainability.
- Stay current with data engineering technologies and best practices.

- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Expertise in data integration tools such as Kafka and MQ.
- Proficiency with big data platforms like HDFS or ADLS.
- Familiarity with query engines such as Dremio.
- Understanding of data pipeline architectures.
- Programming skills in Python or Java/Scala.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases, including relational and NoSQL systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
