The Senior Customer Data Analyst will work within the Analytics team to analyze customer interactions, providing data-driven insights that empower customer-success strategies. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across customer lifecycle and support channels.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Become an expert in Versapay's customer lifecycle and support landscape.
• Generate insights from customer success behaviors and churn data.
• Design dashboards and reports to track customer success KPIs.
• Optimize customer support channels for improved performance.
• Collaborate to ensure accurate data collection across customer touchpoints.
• Analyze the customer journey to identify engagement drivers and improve messaging.
• Engage with leadership to develop frameworks for customer experience improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Partnership skills with cross-functional teams to influence customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R.
