Product Analyst

Visionpool Business Services is looking for a Product Analyst to join their team remotely. The role focuses on transforming business requirements into actionable insights, supporting team members with technical solutions, and ensuring robust product releases. The team works collaboratively to release high-quality product increments.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and vet business requirements and conduct QA testing
• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA
• Oversee development standards and maintenance practices
• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests
• Document user story acceptance tests and provide team support
• Negotiate solutions with business stakeholders and IT team
• Ensure high quality before product increment release

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst
• At least 3 years in an IT analyst role
• Agile environment experience
• Strong facilitation and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with a passion for product development
