• Provide training and support to clients on platform usage.
• Collect and analyze client feedback for product improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation and resources for clients.
• Monitor platform usage to enhance client experience.
• Offer advice on creating effective educational content.
• Maintain strong client relationships through knowledgeable support.
• Align client success metrics with platform value delivery.
• Ensure clear communication of requirements and milestones.
