This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over five years of experience in IT data management and business analysis.
• Expertise in data management systems and process mapping.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote desktop management.
