• Develop efficient and reliable data models for business and customer value.
• Utilize dbt and Amazon Redshift for data transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data models with business needs.
• Implement data validation rules and audits to enforce governance standards.
• Mentor team members to enhance data literacy.
• Design processes and tools for data-driven decisions company-wide.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in dbt for SQL models transformation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
• Coding skills in Python.

You would benefit from having:

• 5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering.
• Experience with BI tools, especially Looker.
• Comfortable with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with data warehouse design frameworks like Kimball or data mesh.
