A Data Analyst is needed to support sustainability initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from different sources within the organization
- Clean and prepare data for analysis
- Utilize statistical tools to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with Operations teams to implement improvements based on data
- Ensure accurate and timely ESG reporting
- Prepare management reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions
- Clear communication with the Director of Consumer Data
- Identify enhancement opportunities for reporting systems
- Work with the Sustainability Manager and Director to align reporting with sustainability programs
- Design, build, and automate required reports and dashboards
- Handle other tasks and special projects as required

This role requires you to have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in analyzing and exploring data
- Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI or Google Studio
- Database and data systems management expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Advanced computer skills with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information properly
