Werken bij Compass Group Nederland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team at Levy, working within the ICE District. The role involves collecting and analyzing data to support sustainability efforts, working closely with dynamic teams dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to guests daily.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various organizational sources.
- Present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Cleanse and prepare data sets.
- Identify and interpret patterns and trends using statistical tools.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate ESG reporting.
- Prepare management reports forecasting trends and patterns.
- Communicate insights to the Director of Consumer Data.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting systems.
- Coordinate with Sustainability Manager and Director to align reporting systems.
- Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as needed.

This role requires you to have:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Post-secondary education in finance or business analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Studio.
- Experience in developing and maintaining databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet frequent deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry.
Knowledge of French is not required.
