In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from organizational sources.
• Cleanse and prepare data for analysis.
• Use statistical tools to identify and interpret data patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate ESG reporting.
• Prepare management reports detailing data-driven insights.
• Communicate findings to the Director of Consumer Data.
• Identify opportunities for reporting system enhancements.
• Work with Sustainability leaders to align reporting with existing programs.
• Assist in designing, building, and automating reports and dashboards.
• Undertake other duties and special projects as required.

• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Strong interest in data analysis and sustainability.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Studio.
• Experience with database and data system management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and capability to manage priorities.
• Business acumen and professionalism.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
