This position is integral for maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce CRM system crucial for commercial operations. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Convert user needs into detailed build team requirements.
• Develop use cases and manage user stories for visualization and process flows.
• Ensure feature deliverables meet readiness criteria for sprints.
• Communicate product vision to development and testing teams.
• Document business processes for development reference.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and script writing.
• Use business process improvements for optimization.
• Coordinate backlog priorities with business needs.
• Track metrics and develop reports to measure project progress.
• Support system demos and process improvements.
• Implement Agile methodologies and manage squad dependencies.
