This role is central to a major ERP data migration project, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to migrate data from legacy systems to a new ERP platform.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Document migration processes and support post-migration analysis.
- Develop processes for data cleansing and governance to support reporting.
- Analyze complex data to extract insights and automate recurring reports.
- Maintain data governance standards and monitor data quality.
- Liaise between business and IT to align data-related needs with business objectives.
- Support data-driven projects and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- 3+ years experience with ERP system data migrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with large, complex data sets and data governance processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
