The company is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Corporate IT team in Winnipeg, focusing first on a vital ERP data migration project. This position supports the firm's data-driven strategies and process optimizations, contributing to company-wide improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders for ERP data migration.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration through mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Create scripts and automate data validation processes.
• Document migration steps and offer post-migration support.
• Develop data cleansing and governance processes for reporting and dashboards.
• Extract insights from complex data sets to support business strategies.
• Facilitate data movement using ETL tools for various projects.
• Automate recurring reports while ensuring timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Advocate data governance standards for accurate and accessible data.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate and optimize data sources.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in managing large data sets and ensuring data quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
