- Refresh and maintain ad hoc and regular reports on claims and cost utilization.
- Develop queries and programs using tools like Power BI, SAS, R, and SQL for data analysis.
- Assist in creating BI products and reporting data integrity.
- Document business and technical requirements, ensuring data quality.
- Support internal improvements by developing process maps and documentation.
