As part of the team, you will collaborate with diverse professionals, tapping into global insights and innovative strategies, to enhance brand performance across the EMEA region.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize retailers' and distributors' point of sales data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop strategies to enhance growth and manage declines through category management.
• Execute category management strategies by analyzing category performance and optimizing assortments.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, using data-driven insights to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with business analysts to align analytic strategies with global business objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Expert experience in business analytics or relevant customer market, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in category management and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent communication skills, including storytelling and presentation capabilities.
