The Senior Data Analyst role is pivotal for driving marketing analytics across 7Mind and its sister companies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead marketing analytics initiatives and collaborate with marketing and management teams.
• Identify and scale new and existing marketing channels.
• Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives by conducting A/B tests.
• Design and improve KPIs to enhance marketing strategies.
• Maintain the data infrastructure for marketing operations.
• Co-own and monitor MarTech platforms and implement new tools.
• Effectively present complex analytics to diverse stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and dbt.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, and Google Tag Manager.
