Aam2core Holding AG, a leading real estate investment manager, is hiring for a BI-Analyst / BI-Engineer. The role focuses on developing Power BI solutions and collaborating with various departments to enhance business processes. The successful candidate will support digital projects, working closely with the Controlling team to boost efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Power BI solutions for Controlling.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analyses.
• Optimize database solutions in collaboration with IT teams.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in digitalization projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Controlling team and other departments.

This role requires you to have:

• 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Controlling.
• Expertise in Power BI and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in business process analysis and modeling.
• Data modeling skills and knowledge of creating entity-relationship models.
• Strong analytical abilities, structured work method, and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
