In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models to enhance search and ranking systems.
• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover patterns and devise actionable business insights.
• Develop and present proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feature innovations.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to unify search objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Over 3 years of experience in machine learning model development, especially for search and recommendation systems.
• Proficient in Python or R, and adept with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP for deploying machine learning solutions.
• Thorough understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical skills to convert business challenges into data science problems and solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical insights to non-specialists.
