In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design, program, and integrate machine learning models and smart services
- Develop and monitor existing AI solutions
- Apply advanced analytics and unsupervised methods to extract insights from complex datasets
- Create BI reports, analyses, and recommendations for decision-makers
- Participate in and potentially lead cross-departmental projects to enhance performance management
- Manage interfaces between users and technology
- Stay updated on technological developments and facilitate internal knowledge transfer on AI, data science, and statistical methods

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field with a quantitative-analytical focus
- Expertise in Python and the standard data science stack (jupyter, pandas, numpy, scikit)
- Several years of experience in developing machine learning models
- Experience with SQL and data modeling
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and technical English
