HelloFresh, one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies, is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to enhance our product analytics and data delivery. This role is essential to driving best practices in our supply chain domain and across multiple teams. The individual will play a crucial role in improving user experiences and identifying opportunities for growth within the HelloFresh digital product.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and document the data catalogue for the team.
• Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and execute data-driven projects.
• Partner with senior product teams to set strategic priorities and promote evidence-based decision making.
• Clearly communicate actionable insights to support business growth.
• Analyze customer behavior and product performance data for growth opportunities.
• Guide and mentor product analysts to enhance team effectiveness.
• Review technical implementations to continuously improve team deliverables.

This role requires you to have:

• Expert level SQL and Python
• Data visualization using tools like Tableau
• Leadership in complex projects and team mentoring
• Experience with A/B experiments and interpreting results
• Excellent communication skills
