The Amerikanische Botschaft Berlin is looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join their Facility Management team. This role is crucial for advancing data collection and quality management systems, helping to identify solutions and measure performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising the Facility Management section and directly reporting to the Facility Manager.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to support the Facility Management section.
• Implement quality management systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Measure performance accurately and identify potential problems and solutions.
• Advise the FM section and report findings to the Facility Manager.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analytics and handling large data sets.
• Proficient in using data visualization tools for monitoring and reporting.
• Fluency in English and limited working knowledge of German.
