In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform analyses to address specific business needs, promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Act as an advisor for KPI definitions and collaborate with stakeholders on metric alignment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to visualize key metrics.
• Optimize data sources for self-service analytics.
• Lead training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
• Conduct analyses for strategic insights to influence major projects.
• Work closely with domain teams to provide insights and validate product ideas.
• Ensure data quality and integration in collaboration with the Data Engineering team.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a B2C or marketplace setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong understanding of product analytics and user behavior analysis.

You would benefit from having:
