The Product Analytics department is being expanded to solve complex challenges, enhance processes and tools, and promote data excellence within the company. The role of Senior Product Analyst is key in providing valuable insights that steer data-driven decisions and foster informed feature development.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Enable teams to make data-informed decisions through specific analyses.
- Consult on KPI definitions and data requirements, aligning with business goals.
- Develop and optimize dashboards, enhancing the visibility of performance metrics.
- Create self-service data sources to empower teams to explore data independently.
- Lead training on data analytics tools to foster data literacy.
- Conduct detailed analyses for strategic insights in complex projects.
- Support product development with analytical insights and quantitative validations.
- Collaborate with data engineering for quality data integration.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a B2C or marketplace setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Strong product analytics understanding.
