In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop scalable data pipelines for ESG data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes for clean data preparation for analytics.
- Create and optimize data models and warehouses for benchmarking and risk analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Conduct basic data analysis using SQL or Python to uncover insights.
- Collaborate on integrating ESG metrics into dashboards or visualizations.
- Work with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Support ROI case studies through data extraction and financial modeling.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role or similar.
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data processing and analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data warehousing with tools like Redshift or Big Query.
- Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with ESG, FinTech, Renewable Energy, or Transportation projects.
- Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks like SFDR or PAI.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Kafka.
- Ability to create visualizations using Looker or Omni.
