In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop custom data science and reporting solutions using tools like Celonis for process mining.
- Guide clients from conceptual use cases to operational implementation.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest actionable improvements.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data, evaluate process metrics, and develop models.
- Collaborate closely with senior banking management and external partners within the cooperative finance group.
- Willingness to travel within Germany approximately 50 days per year.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, or equivalent with significant banking experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Python, SQL, and willing to learn agree21IDA programming basics.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process modeling and optimization.
