(Senior) Data Product & Visualization Analyst - Remote or Hamburg

This role involves joining their Web Performance Intelligence Team to provide valuable data insights for over 300 million monthly users, contributing to product and customer performance improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze user experience improvements on customer websites through Speed Kit during A/B tests.
• Identify UX issues using real-user monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Conduct standard UX analysis using the Jupyter Notebook-based Hex Technologies Stack.
• Utilize browser development tools to investigate potential UX issues.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product development, and customer-facing teams.
• Develop new approaches to UX evaluation using quantitative analysis.
• Share knowledge across the company through various formats and potentially external channels.

This role requires you to have:

• Practical experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Data retrieval and analysis via SQL
• Effective data visualization using tools such as Kibana, Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, or Excel
• Storytelling with data and communication of complex topics
• Solution-oriented, analytical thinking
• Independent work with responsibility and structure
• Statistical methods experience
