The People Data Analyst role is crucial for supporting HR processes and initiatives through precise data analysis and insights delivery.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of Bauer's HR Data Strategy.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct data collection activities including surveys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for HR data analysis needs.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, data quality enhancements, and automation.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support ongoing project streams such as ESG Reporting and HR Management Dashboard.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics).
• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and data analysis in HR analytics.
• Independence in managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, with SQL and Python experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
