In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of Data Science and AI products.
• Collaborate with business partners and engineers to develop AI product visions from business cases.
• Research and design mathematical models beyond standard Python packages.
• Contribute to AI product teams, influencing decision-making at Beiersdorf.
• Participate in developing Beiersdorf's AI strategy, focusing on Generative AI and Decision Intelligence.
• Enhance Data Science and AI capabilities across the organization, including training Citizen Data Scientists.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or AI solutions.
• Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning.
• Fluency in English.

You would benefit from having:

• PhD in a related field.
• Expertise in deep learning, causal graphical models, Bayesian statistics, or mathematical optimization.
• MLOps knowledge.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Plotly, Dash, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in German.
