The Merchandise Planning team is enhancing its capacity and seeks a dynamic analyst to support data-driven decision-making and assortment control while bringing theoretical knowledge into practice.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Assist in modeling complex data structures ensuring high data quality.
  • Support in creating and evaluating sales analyses and forecasting.
  • Evaluate reorder options and develop need and profitability analyses.
  • Participate in discount management and merchandise planning, control, and management.
  • Analyze financial results and contribute to decision-making with merchandise reports.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable contact for stakeholders regarding commercial data and tools.

This role requires you to have:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on economics or mathematics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and organizational talent, with the ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and numerical affinity.
  • Basic programming knowledge in SQL.

You would benefit from having:

  • Knowledge of VBA and LookML.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and interested in working with large data sets (Big Data) and complex issues.
  • Negotiable proficiency in German and English.
