In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive product and process analysis to inform business decisions
• Support product teams with actionable tracking and data measurement plans
• Design and implement data models to facilitate reporting and analytics
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools for efficient communication of insights
• Optimize and streamline data gathering and analysis processes
• Track and report on KPI metrics related to Billie's portfolio
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop business solutions
• Perform exploratory data analysis to enhance Risk and Fraud systems
• Present analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Maintain open communication with partners regarding issues

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or quantitative analytics
• Proficient in creating SQL queries for large data sets
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in tools and methodologies
• Experience building visualizations and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel
• Strong track record in managing data-centric initiatives
• Ability to communicate complex problems simply and effectively
• Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Python and R
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
