The role of BI Developer / Data Product Analyst exists to convert raw data into meaningful insights through advanced dashboards and reports, focusing heavily on Google Cloud Platform tools. This position requires strong proficiency in creating efficient, scalable data solutions that enhance business strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, BigQuery, and Google Data Studio.
• Optimize datasets and data pipelines for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into insights.
• Implement scalable data solutions optimizing performance and usability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Promote data literacy to support informed decision-making.
• Optimize ETL processes using Google Cloud tools like Cloud Dataflow.
• Deliver impactful insights through comprehensive reports and visualizations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data-related efforts.
• Keep current with BI and Google Cloud innovations for process improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years in BI development or data analysis.
• Proficiency in GCP tools such as BigQuery, Looker, and Google Data Studio.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong storytelling skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling and building data pipelines in the Google Cloud ecosystem.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Google Cloud’s Data Science and ML tools such as AutoML and Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools like Cloud Composer and Cloud Functions.
• Knowledge of data governance and security practices within Google Cloud.

Candidates should have advanced Spanish and C1 proficiency in English. The role is open to candidates in Central America, Mexico, or Colombia, with an immediate start preferred.
