As a key player, the analyst will manage analytics projects and BI systems, contributing significantly to the company's growth driven by a deep commitment to its roots and future evolution.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytics projects to facilitate data-driven decision-making in e-commerce teams.
• Develop customer segments and audiences for targeted marketing and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with ERP and BI teams and external providers.
• Manage BI systems like Looker, Power BI and Google Analytics for e-commerce.
• Create performance dashboards for actionable insights.
• Support tracking systems and define KPIs to optimize performance.
• Translate business questions into analytics, providing insights to product owners.
• Foster a data-driven approach among team members and mentor junior colleagues.
