The Data Analyst position exists to support the company's product support endeavours, focusing on efficiency and progress.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate process-related analyses and forecasts.
• Design and program database applications and user interfaces in VBA or C#.
• Modify macros for existing applications.
• Create and automate analyses concerning inventory and sales.
• Serve as an interface function between host systems and processing.
• Maintain spare parts master data, including stock determinations.
• Support spare parts bill structure and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT, scheduling, design, logistics, purchasing, and sales teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation and test work within the SOX framework.
• Participate and manage projects such as 6 Sigma and CPS.
• Address case-related problem-solving and special tasks in aftersales.

This role requires you to have:

• Apprenticeship in commercial/IT sector or Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic or C#.
• Ability to read and draw flow diagrams.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficient use of ERP systems and CSV data handling.
• Independent, solution-oriented work mindset with team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English and German.
